TallGrass is pleased to announce that we are conducting normal business operations and are looking forward to the opportunities in the year ahead. Despite the recent tragic loss of our dear friend and co-founder, Ben Banky,we are dedicated to carrying forward our commitment to our core values, and to building a company of which Ben would have been proud.

As part of our tribute to Ben, we have dedicated a room in our offices to his memory. This space is dedicated to Ben's life; to the energy and heart he put into every moment. It is a place for friends and employees to gather their thoughts and remember all the positive things Ben brought into our lives.

We are excited about the creation of the Ben Banky Trust. Administered by Ben’s wife, Linda and his business partner, Matthew Breech, this Trust has been created as a scholarship fund, to support progressive business and social entrepreneurship, a cause close to Ben’s heart. We are in the process establishing charitable status; our goal is to raise $100 000 in the first year. For those of you interested in helping, donations can be at CIBC, account# 00010/81-42998. Donations for the Trust can also be sent care of TallGrass.

Finally, we would like to remind you all about our annual TallGrass party, taking place in Vancouver in April, during the CHFA Expo West Trade Show. This year, our party will be bigger and better than ever; just as Ben would have liked it. We look forward to seeing you there!
